The Way Resource Center Workforce Training and Development Program is focused on assisting with GED completion, trade re-certification, college continuation, trade, career, apprenticeship training or school.

Step 1 of the program starts with our Introduction and Assessment Evaluation. An interviewed is scheduled with our Intake Case Manager. During this interview an introduction about the program and an evaluation and assessment of the potential participant will be done. The evaluation and assessment portion of this interview is referred to as Your Next Step.

Step 2 of the program is our Boot Camp Cultural, Career, Mentorship Consultation Program. The participants of this program will go through an intense two-day session of mental, physical and emotional preparation.

Step 3 of the program is the Assignment of a Case Manager Specialist. Their objective is to assist the client with paper preparation of their next step.

Step 4 of the program is the Dress for Success project. Clients will once again meet with the coaches, trainers and teachers and learn the principles and concepts of the Dress for Success program.
