Dress for success is about every detail necessary for engagement with a potential Employer or Enrollment Administrator.

Often times understanding and carrying out these details, makes all the difference in rather you get accepted into a trade school, college or program or asked to return for a follow up interview for a potential job assignment.

There are different details that the Dress for Success sessions will assist you with understanding and learning, as well as prepping and engagement prior to any appointments that you are sent too.

Dress for Success sessions are designed to teach you and help you understand that first impressions often times should be your best impressions.

The accomplishment of Dress for Success should not be viewed likely but should be embraced as a major cornerstone of improvement in your life and future. The Way Resource Center Work Force and Development welcomes all to participate with our program virtually or in person.
